1999 lincolen navigator 5.4L 32V timing - please help out !!!

hi guys
can somebody please point me out to a source that shows how to set the timing
correctly on a 1999 5.4L 32V DOHC NAVIGATOR engine
i can't find it anywhere on the internet
diagrams&links would help a lot

this is for a 4.6, but it's very similar on the 5.4 4 valve.
