I called Max at 5 star and he said that there are 2 different possibilities for my O2 sensors - and it depends what is stamped on them. Does anyone know what the difference between these sensors are?

One is apparently fat and the other skinny. I was quoted 72 for the fat one and 64 for the thin one.

On my 95 I think there were 2 choices, I even wrote down on my invoice they were:
F0SF-AA
F0SF-BA

Mine took F0SF-BA at $75.63 each - back in 1998 retail over-the-counter price.

i am getting the feeling there is no way i can know which ones i need unless i actually look at my car :(

as far as i know, 94's only have fronts....anyone care to chime in to correct me?

just take the car to a shop and have them pull the O2's out and check for the part #'s real easy. or you can do it yourself. but your going to bust your knuckles really bad.

when i went to the dealer they asked for the VIN# that's how i got my 02 sensor for the 96 MK8
