My 94 Continental had one bad rear strut and a weak compressor from constantly re-filling the system so I decided to replace all four with conventional struts.
I have for sale the front two air struts. The car only has 87K miles, and, according to the date on the struts, they were replaced in October of 2001. I would estimate that they have less than 25,000 miles on them (this car was, literally, owned by an old lady).

Both struts are in good working order, and the bags are not leaking. At some point (and I don't understand this because they were both working fine when removed - the back end of the car was the problem) the wires going to the top of the driver's side strut became fatigued and broke (all four) at the connector on the strut. I found this when I removed the plastic cover over the strut mount in the engine compartment. These will need to be spliced or replaced before you install this strut. I will include the connector and wires.

Price is $100 plus shipping to your home from zip code 03901 (S. Maine). I prefer PayPal. I have a 99.6% Rating on eBay and can provide that information if you are hesitant to do business with a new person here on the forum. I'll be listing them on eBay in a day or two but wanted to give you folks first shot at what I consider to be a very good deal.
I can be contacted at muzikteechur [at] gmail [ dot] com.

Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Bump for update:
Connector (actuator) has been replaced on the strut with the broken wires, and the price is now $75 for the pair plus shipping or local pick-up.

The conventional struts are great, no annoying compressor to listen to, and no waiting for the back end to "pump up."

The car rides very well, smooth over some very bumpy road here in town. I'm happy with my decision to convert.

By the way, the struts are sold.
