2000 continental headliner removal

I have removed all trimming and accesories from the headliner but it seems to be glued to the metal frame.

1) Does anyone know how to remove it ?
2) Do I have to insert a blade and cut the glue
3) And after that, can I remove it through a door ?
4) Do I have to glue it back upon reinstallation ?
5) If so, what kind of glue can I use ?

Push on style clips are up in center area of headliner, Windshield has to come out, if windshield is pitted or broke now would be time to do it.
