2000 Lincoln Ls acting erratic recently

Hi fellow Lincoln Owners. I'm having some crazy issues with my car. The temperature gauge is dropping to cold while driving, I think I'm hearing the fan come on as if the a/c is on when this happens as well. The car starts to jerk, surge and buck. It also stalled once so far. The rpms also rev high when it's idle. All these conditions come and go. The CEL came on and gave me a bunch of codes at one time. They are P0113,P0123,P0453,P0708, and P0705. This behavior in the car started after an oil change. So is that just coincidence or significant information.

v8 or v6? miles? repairs made? Mods?

2000 Lincoln Ls V6 with 164, 000 Miles. A list of some of the repairs made since I got it in 2003 consist of complete replacment of plugs, coils and valve cover gaskets. Replaced Radiator, thermostat, hydraulic fan, transmission selonoids and IAC valve. Services are EGR sytem cleaning, induction cleaning , belts changed and trans fluid is flushed every 30,000. No mods at all, all factory including radio.
