2000 LS v8 Broken Actuator(cooling fan)

I am trying to replace the actuator to the cooling fan pump but only the back half came off leaving half of it in the pump. I tried using locktite on the threads and letting set for the curing time, and it still did not help. I need to get the car fixed before the end of the week(Spring Break). I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what they did to solve it.
If I cannot get this done by Friday I will have to put the broken one back on because I will need the car and will have to hope that it doesnt explode before summer break.

I was wondering if a Damaged Bolt remover might work as sears has sets for around 10 dollars,

Post #21 indicates your problem, I think.
Post #26 has the solution: "He said what he did was pound a socket over it and then it screwed out."
