2001 Conti grille replacement?

How do I remove the grille off my 2001 Continental? It came stock with black plastic and I can not figure out how to get the old one off. Bought a used chrome grille off eBay for cheap.

My dads secretary's husband taught auto body at a local technical college for 32 years so I took it down to him. We had to pull the bumper and unscrew the grille from the bumper. While I had access to it we pulled the intake silencer and polished up the headlights, Mary looks like a brand new car now!
