2001 conti riding high in the front

My 2001 continental seems to ride abnormally high in the front. The back adjusts correctly as it should when I turn the car on and off, but when sitting the car seems to sit abnormally high in the front. It is unattractive. Why would it be doing this?

I believe the front is a fixed. Their semi active struts, not air bags. Maybe a pic or 2 would help us out.
