2002 Bumper piece/Door piece

I am looking for the infamous 'tow hook cover/door' from the 02 LS8 front bumper.

Mine went missing once upon a time, and of course, I've had a nightmare of a time trying to find it.
I would greatly appreciate any info on how to obtain a replacement.


Also, I had to replace the driver's side mirror. One of the white 'nails' that held the door skin in place broke in the process. Like the cover, I've had no luck finding this piece.
