I have a 2002 deville. I have the typical whining noise at low speeds when turning and am aware of how to handle that problem (although my dealer seems not to) but I am experiencing when turning the wheel wither way left or right, a "thumping" noise 
about two or three at a time. It makes a noise as though it is in the front end steering . I baby this car and in no way rough drive it, any ideas on what this could be tie rods? steering box? If any of ya'll have a suggestion please advise. The car is under the certified warranty so hopefully it will be under that. thanks
