Nice car. Just getting rusty around the wheel wells. Selling it because I don't want to put the $ in to fix the rust.

Excellent drive train. All coil packs replaced. Full synthetic every oil change. Front end is getting loose. Time for control arms / ball joints. Set of WinterForce winter tires on factory rims.

I'll miss this car, but Michigan road salt has taken it's toll. This forum has been a great place to learn. Going to miss reading it.

If interested, call me at 616-299-7558.

I'm asking $2000.

2002 Lincoln LS V8 - tan leather interior very clean., non-smoker, no pets.
Sunroof - no leaks
210,500 miles on the car
Mobil 1 Full Synthetic every 5,000 miles
Clean title
Typically get 20-22 mpg
Drivers seat heat does not work
A/C does not work
It drives great but will need suspension work at some point
rust over the back tires
Cooper LTZ Tires on custom Puls rims that have been Dipped. Dip starting to peel in places.
For an extra $250 I will throw in a full set of Winter Force snow tires already mounted on factory Lincoln rims.

based on your photos, your getting closer to 17mpg... but still good.

It's odd, but this car routinely gets 22. The best ever in still air was 26. I'm usually tooling along at 78. The 26mpg happened while I was hiding in a pack of two corvettes and a cadillac doing 90 up I69 / I94. I figured I was invisible...... lol

Anyone else having issues with clicked links from LvC today?

on the above (and all others links on LvC today) I get:

Bad Request
The URL you've specified is invalid or unsupported.

As always, the external links from this forum go to: http://apicdn.viglink.com/api/click?..........

but it's acting up for me today for some reason.

Anyone else ?

mpg screen is how your currently performing, IIRC.

Miles till empty screen divided out is a much more accurate calculation ...again IIRC.

The average mileage display is a fiction if you keep hitting reset now and then. If it's been at least a thousand miles since you last hit reset or disconnected the battery, then it's probably close. Hitting reset when you get on the interstate and watching it for a few miles is just fooling yourself.

Working for me...

odd. probably some sort of windows update that mucked with it. I still have to look at my Adblock plugin and Lmhosts file entries.

only does it on this site and as of today but that since booting up this PC after getting home last night. I'll figure it out.

Finally got sick and tired of this issue and got to the bottom of it.

WINDOWS>>System32>>drivers>>etc
filename: HOST - edit as admin.

removed three entries for viglink.com

VigLink is a San Francisco-based, outbound-traffic monetization service for publishers, forums ...

Many forums use this service and so does LVC, can't lay blame, server costs need to be paid for, simple as that.

with my AdBlock software and modified LMSHOST file entries, I see zero ads on the Internet, however this VIGLINK redirecting was giving me DNS NOT FOUND.

cleared viglink.com from my HOST file (as in, to allow it) and problem gone.

Fn thing
