hey guys and gals new member here. heres my problem im driving and i here a noise like a low fuel reminder noise so i look down at the cluster and there is an "E" in the shift indicator spot like where the d5, d4, n, r, p should be. but only for about 2 seconds, i look in the manual it says the transmission is malfuntioning bring it to the dealer or serious damage can occur so i bring it there and they have no clue. can anyone help :feedback

Check this link out. Sometimes the system needs to reset itself so you will get a beep but when you look it at the message center nothing will be there. Mine has done this a few times but now I think about it it hasn't beeped any for a long time. If it stays on there I think I would worry about it more but if it just stays on for a couple of seconds its probably reseting itself.
