2005 Deville worth it?

Looking at a 2005 Deville with 35k miles, original owner and all books for $12k.

Is this car worth it? Or do the 2005's have the same issues as earlier Caddys? I don't want a money pit.

I would say it is i luv a big caddy they drive so smooth and the 4 speed auto transmission seem out of date but i like how punchy the take offs are
