2005 LS - Adding Freon

I am needing to add freon to my 2005 LS but cannot find the correct place to put it in. I have located the black cover but my freon dispenser will not fit that port. Any ideas on the other port that should be marked yellow or blue?

The LS uses r-134a, NOT freon/R12. IMHO, this is not a DIY job. There are too many things that can go wrong.
