The car is overheating in a matter of minutes. It has coolant and I know the plastic pieces go bad but no clear leaks. Already chanced dccv and took the thermostat out of the housing so there would be constent flow. Also bleed the system. The air would blow on the highest setting even when off until I pulled the blower fuse. Don't know what's wrong please help

You haven't provided much information, but I am going to go ahead and guess that it is the same problem that 99.9% with the overheating V8 have.

You have to do all this:
GenII LS8 Cooling System Overhaul
Must bleed system exactly like this:
2006 Lincoln LS Workshop Manual

You may also need a new DCCV, and you should check the front of the passenger side tank of the radiator. If you find stains there, you need a radiator too.
For the always on high blower, you may have blown your blower speed control:
2006 Lincoln LS Workshop Manual
(You should correctly diagnose this before changing it out.)

Thanks a lot for the help. It ended up just needing to be bleed properly

Without replacing those parts, it'll need to be bled again soon, and then again, ...

Many of us bet against this the first time, and lost.
