2006 Lincoln Navigator Won't Start!!!

All electronics work fine. When I turn the key over it does nothing, no clicking or noises period. I tested the starter and it is also working fine. I hooked up to a scanner and it won't read any codes. I was told it is either the anti-theft system or the computer. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any other sets of keys? Might wanna give that a shot, do you have a remote start on it?
