28 spline trac-loc

I'm selling a 28 spline trac-loc. I really wanted to have 4.10's put in and use this, but unfortunately I still haven't got the car to run right so I'm not about to dump money into performance upgrades when the car itself isn't running right.

With that said it came from a mustang and when I brought it to the mustang shop that works on my car and asked them to look at it, they said it definitely had already been rebuilt (which is good) and that the person new what they were doing because it had double plates (he explained something like clutch, clutch, plate...clutch, clutch, plate) something along those lines where ususally it is (clutch, plate, clutch, plate). He said doing it the way they did meant it would hook better.

Anyway I want $85 with free shipping to anywhere in the domestic USA.

No definitely not. It's just been sitting in a box. I traded a head gasket set and cash for this. It's been sitting waiting for me to come up with the money to buy gears and have them installed but now I found I need intake manifold gaskets so I have to pay for that, pay for the install and hope that fixes the car.

I won't have the money to do it anytime within the next 6 months, probably not even for the next year so I'm better off just selling it to pay for the repairs I need done. I'll post pics of it later tonight

edit: besides I think I learned after the valve cover to not touch anything that's even remotely difficult, hence why I'm having Jamie do my intake manifold gasket install. I'm not about to mess with fuel rails/injectors if I had an issue with the ds valve covers.

I'm not about to mess with fuel rails/injectors if I had an issue with the ds valve covers.

Smart move. It's not fun jumping from an exploding car. Not saying you would do that but the possibilities are there.

it will physically fit in the carrier but there are many modifications needed to make it fit search for 02LSE96LSC92LCS84TC.............(or as i type it 02asdfghjkl) he has a write up on whats needed to make it fit

The carrier fits a first gen LS with no other modifications needed. All the other mods are needed to regear.
