3.73 Trac-Loc Pumpkins Extinct?

I was just ordering parts from Max and asked him about a price on the 3.73 trac-loc pumpkins 28 spline. He said they have been discountinued for 2 years? Where do I go about getting a new one? Does anyone sell rebuilt units with new gears, trac-loc, seals, etc?

You should be able to get the gears, Trak-lok and bearing/install kit from Max for about $450. Find a local ford mechanic to swap into your pumpkin for around $100. You'll come out about $100 less then buying the cobra pumpkin.

I guess that is my only route. There is a guy out in the boondocks central florida near me that is on Ebay "polosposiservice" I have seen what I need on ebay built by him with a warranty. I am going to see if he can swap mine or get a whole unit and maybe I can use mine as a core to give back to him.
