Any one have any issues when replacing the 3rd cat with a straight pipe?

I went to the exhaust shop yesterday and did it...
Removed and straight piped the 3rd cat and installed 2 super 44's on the back. I thought i asked to the guy to straight pipe the 3rd cat and the resonator/mid-pipe also but I guess he didn't catch that part but I did want the 3rd cat gone.
There is no drone and on the highway with the windows up you can't tell it has an exhaust. City driving though, it sounds great!
