I have been reading over all the threads that explains the replacement procedures, but I lost at is this a #40 Phillips or #40 torx, allen flat head or what.

also I read some where, I forget where that I can gain access to it from the passenger wheel well. How true is this?
Mines finally bit the bullet and died the seafoam trans tune is no longer working, replacement is the only option.

all comments and help is welcome thanks in advance

Torx. Pretty sure wheel well won't help.... Get lots of universal joints, time and patience.

Probably a good idea to either remove or completely wrap the alternator so it doesn't get flooded with trans fluid.

Ok thanks I have a, rachet that's the size of a finger if not smaller, that except the bit directly, was thinking of useing it with a strap wrapped around the handle to pull on it from the top, to break the part loose.
