I found an Aviator with 130,000 miles that has a rod knock. I got to thinking about it today and I have a 4.6 dohc from a Mark VIII. My first thought was to use the block from this and using the Aviator heads and intake. Then I started thinking custom. Ive seen 5.4 4v swaps in the sport trac. How far off of a swap would this be? It already has the 4v, so dropping a 5.4 in it shouldnt be too radical. Any thoughts?
