Hi all, I am new to this site. I am tickled pick to find a site with such interaction, and free. I recently purchased an 84 Lincoln Towncar Signature with only 40,000 miles on it. I put about 2,000 miles on it before it started. I have now replaced the trany seals and fluids, rear fuel tank/fuel gauge plunger inside tank, water pump, fixed a cracked fuel line at the rear, fixed a vacumm leak near the fire wall under the hood and now am having issues with the climate control center. It constantly blows out heat. Ok in the winter, not good in the summer in South Dakota. Oh ya, the A/C doesn't work either, I'm hoping that it just needs to be recharged. The compressor was replaced/converted over a few years ago. This is one big boat that glides down the highway. I can't wait to fill it up with friends and go cruising. LOL
