I have to agree with the previous posts on this car. In reality is is not a low milage car and the condition is just average with wear on the driver and passenger seats, rusty in some areas also the color is not a sought after color.
Milage in metric is around 100.000 kilometers.
Bought a 1989 Crown Vic last year with no rust at all and about 55000 miles
for about $900 US so they are around but you have to search for them.
