On the right of the engine, this little compressor thingie keeps comming on every 5 minutes and runs for 5 seconds or so, someone told me it might be the Air Ride Suspension maybe? But why would that be comming on when the car is off? I hear a slight little hissing noise when it goes off which lasts for about 3 seconds so Im guessing there is a leak in the hose perhaps. I hope this does not run down my battery overnight :(

if I cant find the leak can I just disconnect this compressor and still drive ok?

That is the air compressor. It will level the vehicle up to I believe a few hours after the ignition is turned off. But if it comes on every five minutes i do believe you have a leak my friend. Most of the cadillacs i have worked on came on like once, or sometimes twice after turning the igition off after two hours.

yup

Its happened to me before. I had a leak and the compressor would kill my battery. After fixing it, it stopped.

See my caddy below... the leak may very well be the O-Ring at the compressor, perhaps in the past you had a leak in the lines and what not, see if the car sits even after an hour or two,

Always look for a central point of failure, and always blame the $1.99 part

Being a 91' I would bet that one or both of the rear shocks are leaking. I've had to do mine on both the 89' and the 93' Every 5 minutes is definitly a leak. As a matter of fact I think that's exactlly what I saw with my 93' Brougham.

Just recently my new Deville sucked the battery dry, with a new charged one put in, the electric fans came on! I don't recall the key position, but the air ride compressor is exactly as described, good call... make sure the components are in good shape. My feeling is that turning the ignition on, resetting the OBD may also help after messing with the battery each time as well.
