92 eldo radiator question

when i remove the radiator cap... should the antifreeze level be at the top/ full ??

If you have an expansion tank then fill the tank at least half way or a little more. If you don't have an expansion tank then the fill line is about an inch below completely full. Just enough to give coolant room for expansion as engine warms up.
