Thanks for taking a look guy's Im wondering if theres a such thing as the clear headlights for the 93 let me try to explain the gen1's have that foggish directional crap and the gen2's have just clear staright through beam. is there any clear lenses for the gen1? if not how can you improve the gen1 lighting?

1st gen HID's are the answer, but pricey. Expect to pay around a grand for the complete setup.

As of right now, the only real option is the OEM Ford HID set that came on 96 LSC models. I believe if you get a "deal" through a Ford dealership, you're looking at $1200. If you keep your eye out on ebay or the forums, you might get lucky and grab them for ~$800. It sucks, but atleast they're really good lights.

You will have to splice them into the current wiring....not too difficult, and the other mod you will have to do is cut a bigger opening that is behind the headlight assembly to allow the rear of the HID to fit into the factory headlight panel. Oh, and you will have to find a place to mount the ballasts, but other than that there is nothing. That was all I had to do when I put them on my car. :Beer
