93 Mark VIII....What to do???

I hjaver a 93 with a engine needing rebuilding. Wanting to make a monster, so should I rebuild this engine or can I tear it down and build it back like a cobra? If not, will a cobra swap bolt right up in this car. Not worried about engine height problems. I want to supercharge, etc.

Geno, How do I get a hold of you? My 93 is the same color as the one in the pic. I also want to call it Mark of the Beast i that hasn't already been used!!!! I just cleaned out my garage on took everything to the dump....(wow wife got mad!!!). I plan to pull the engine on my next free weekend (Nov 12). Then the fun begins.
