94 conti, is this thing too far gone?

I found a 94 conti white pretty rough on the outside, the guy says it runs well but the bags are shot. I can get it for pretty cheap. Its got some paint peeling on the hood, the front corner lens is missing and tit looks like the moulding is curling up at the ends, also the stock wheels look pretty faded.
What do you think?
Anybody need parts from it? I may get it and part it out if it would pay off.
Is anything from this car usable on my 95 Mark VIII?

If it is actually a 1994 continental let it die. it is just a 3.8 taurus, nothing is usable on anyhting, The battery and oil cap might be usable, oh and the cigarette lighter.
