94 mark viii 137k needs work

I have a 94 mark viii with 137k roughly. Its my daily driver so it will increase. Im looking to get 1000 because of how much work it needs.
needs a drivers seat, grille, front suspension rebuild, will need an oil pan soon and oil filter adapter gasket. engine and tranny run like a champ. has a new iac valve.

I would rather have anyone text me then get back to me on here because I don't get on the computer to much.
