95-96 hid bulb and both ballasts

I have both ballasts still on the mount both in working order. The hid bulb has a whitish resedue in the bulb but it works fine and from what I read is a common thing. I can post pics when I get on my home computer. But offer away

that white residue means the bulbs has used most of its life, it may last for a month, it may last for a few years, ya never know!!! not to say it wouldnt last, but thats what the residue on in the inside of the capsule means.

stevie i wouldnt lower it that cheap lol, it doesnt mean its gonna die tomorrow, but 20 is crazy lol dont sell it that cheap because of what i said its worth more than that! you arent ripping anyone off, trust me, anyone looking for a used hid knows they are taking a gamble buying used anyway. its a double edge sword.
