Well I would assume the misfire would be a coil or a plug. The lean on bank one might be related to the misfire, or it could be a o2 sensor going bad. I would get that misfire taken care of first. Then unhook the battery for 5 or 10 minutes to clear the codes. Then see if the lean code comes back.
So to sum it up change your spark plug first, if it still misses change the coil out.
Are you in roseville michigan?

You could also try cleaning the mass air sensor and running some seafoam through the air intake or vac line as well.
thanks for the help, changed the spark plug and cleaned the mass flow sensor,.... no check engine light but seems to be missing a little but still now check engine light
If it still feels like it is missing I would check into changing that coil out, and reseting the code again. A intemitent miss could cause the check light to come on after a couple days.
the original code was system to lean p0171
and cylinder 1 misfire p0301 im going to run the code again and see what comes up next when i replaced the plug it ran great took it to work next day it started to idle rough and the light kicked on again!!!!
