95 Lincoln Mark VIII fuse #6 dead short

Hi guys this is my first post on the site, I followed a previous thread with the same problem from another member and tried all the suggested fixes with no luck. Does anyone have any other ideas. My problem started after my generator voltage regulator went bad and must of sent a voltage spike to fuse 6 causing the short. Prior to this all items controlled by fuse 6 worked perfectly. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Guys I found the short

Guys I found the short the voltage spike fried my anti theft module. It is located on the passenger side cowl below glove box. It is on a bracket with two connectors going into it.
