What does anyone suggest as a cure? I had the water pump and the thermastat replaced. Coolant is coming out of the overflow when car is working hard.(climbing long hill at highway speed)
Thanks, I would appreciate any input.

Bad Radiator? - is it cool in the center, after it reaches normal op temp - watch out for electric fans, they can come on at any time, as long as the battery is connected!!!!

Lower radiator hose? They usually have a spring inside to keep shape. If the spring rusts out and fails the hose can collapse under acceleration. At this age I would replace both upper and lower, just to be safe.

Head gasket? If oil is normal looking then have a tech check for exhaust gas (they can use an exhaust gas analyzer) from the radiator cap or coolant collection bottle.
