My nieghbor has a 98 Navigator 4x4 with a lift kit. He has asked for my assistance in fixing his truck since I have already fixed my Mark viii's air suspension.

So he went driving off the other day and I heard the air compressor running. He called me minutes later saying the back end dropped all the way down. I checked under his truck and he has rear bags and they are dumped. Now he said at the same time his power door lock stopped working. So my question is since I am unfamiliar with the navigators air suspension, where do I begin, and what are the common problems for navigators air suspensions?

Dead thread revival, but since no one answered your question... I found lots of info in a ford truck forum. There is a t-connector for the air lines located in the vicinity of the brake booster that is a known problem. Check to see that it is not broken or disconnected. Also, connected to the rear axle is a limit switch/sensor that could possibly be out. Hope this helps someone.
