All lamps remain on after closing the driver's door. The only way to turn them off is to disconnect the battery. Any input/advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Even when you remove the key? Or just when driving? Do any messages come up on the dash

If you are not getting any door ajar messages, try adjusting the headlight delay settings, they can make it do this. If nothing fixes it, you can also pull one fuse (don't remember which tho) that's what the PO of my Conti did when he didn't know the WD40 trick for cleaning the door ajar sensors.

Are you sure the switch to your interior is off,and you head lamp controls are off too?Remove the fuses, and then try it again, but you should unplug it until you find the problem.Maybe one of your doors are not getting full connection because of dirt on and around the latches, try some wd40 in the door latches.I've read that that's been the problem in many cars.I'll keep looking for solutions, but best try that.Good luck..

go to the interior light dimmer switch and push it down a few times.

Thanks, guys, for your input! Actually the problem was the dimmer switch but I did try your other suggestions. Your insights were very helpful!
