99 Eldo Electrical Problems

My Eldorado has been running fine up to this point, but some electrical problems are starting. A few days ago my windsheild wipers stopped working, and now my interior lights and cigarette lighter have also stopped working. I've checked all teh fuses and they are all good. I've even checked the relays. Has anyone else had this problem or have an idea what could be going on?

You probably have a short in a wire somewhere. My '97 had the same problem. The dealer found the short and corrected it.
