99 Sls Heated Seats

I just posted a question about tires but have another about the heated seats. The heated seats work in all seats except the drivers seat, am assuming the driver used it alot. I read in the owners manual that there is a fuse box below the rear seat and that there are fuses for each heated seat.

Am wondering if the reason the drivers seat is not heating is due to a blown fuse.. thoughts? And if so anyone know how 'easy/hard' it is to get to that fuse box?
