The 2000-2002 LS is mechanically based on the Jaguar XJ6 and XJ8. Does anyone know if the A/C condenser from the Jaguar is a direct replacement for the LS condenser? I have an opportunity to buy a Jag condenser for a decent price but am not certain it will fit in my LS.

I didn't know the XJ is based on the DEW 98 platform nor did I know North America got the V6 XJ either... If you are thinking the S-type then maybe.

Got it. Sorry for the "mis-speak," does the same a/c condenser fit all three, LSD, S Jag and T-Bird?

The jag motor is a 4.0l steel / iron engine. We have the same motor but ours is all Aluminum which led it to be smaller hence a 3.9l instead of a 4.0

The way Ford is, I doubt it will work.
