A.C. problem, blowing hot

We have a 1990 Lincoln Continental SI (Signature)
and even though we've just recharged the system
it still blows hot.

Any suggestions?

Yesterday our AC was a little cool!
:O)
And it was over 80 degrees outside!
Yippee!
We have added 3 cans so far
...one was for leaks.
