well...I recently ordered the lowered conversion kit because it was a good deal(to a gold member).I did this so I'l have it when the air suspension goes out but just need the rear shocks for now.Anyway, the shocks come with new bushings for the mounting plates.Well, the shock stem fits the new bushing but the bushing is way too small to fit the mounting plate. So far Strutmasters has sent me a reply telling me to put a small piece of rubber hose(to shim)on each shock stem, leaving threads showing, install and tighten and if that dosen't work then call the tech help line.I'm sure this won't work.No dought this is incorrect.O'boy!!!If anyone has their rear shocks and has had this problem what did you do?Thanks for any info.

Uhhh the rear shocks were insanely easy... just pop off the rear bags and other air components, tie them off, pop the springs in with the rubber plate that comes with it under them so they dont move... the fronts were WAY harder than the backs

woooo.I didn't ask about the springs.

Reread my post.Yes I bought the whole kit but am not installing all of it because I don't need it right now.I'm just putting on the "rear shocks" "only" now. That's all.Any way I'l take care of it.I'l just damnit make it work other than what was suggested. How far out can that tech be!I'l call him in the morning and have a chuckle.I thought they had this stuff worked out.Sorry to sound kinda pi$$ed but I'm going through a bunch of crap with a super charger on a motorcycle and all of that crap was just bolt on.Heeheee! $#!+ Yeah right.Later:mad:
