Sorry if I may have offended you but this is what I asked.
Would you not need one to jack up the car and then one to support the assembly. By this I mean one to hold up the area behind the wheel so that when you take the suspension appart it dont just fall to the ground. You take off the bolts and then lower the shocks/struts till they can be removed with out harming them and allowing them to fall.
I then realized that it would be best to hold the car up with a jack stand and use that jack for the suspension. I wouldnt want it to fall on the ground would you? I also would not like to have a jack slip out of a 4,000lb. car and have that fall either.
Another is that I have only been here for a very few days, not a week or two. Some one else needs to listen and pay attention, dont get upset right away like as if you dont like the answers your self.
This is the internet you can never see the expresion or the mood the other person is in at the time, but when someone seems to make an attack then it is clear what the intention is so I may stand up for myself but at most times im not beeing rude at all.
Again no offense was ment.
I understood the answer but you did not understand my question. That was made clear in the following....
You asked if you need another jack.. From what I got, you were talking about two jacks per side. I was telling you that you only need one jack per side, leaving the car on the jack as you work. You obviously didn't understand the answer that I gave you.
I see that you have not been rude or you act out like someothers so I will expect you to only keep following the guide lines you set yourself.
I like those guidelines but unfortunatley you get the people that use that 5th grade retort all to offten on the internet, thats one thing some may have to learn to deal with.
I appreciate your comments and not beeing rude and again, no offense was ment to harm you either.
