abs and traction contol probs 95 sts

traction control disengaged light comes on control center and abs light comes on also tried reset but both lights come back on. :C appears there is some loss of acceleration on takeoff.
checked front wheels for wires and harness problems found what appears to be a wire broken going to wheel bearing sensor is this the culprit or should i look elsewhere?
