Hit a puddle last night and drove to work this morning and my abs came on everytime i hit the brake. I pulled the 40 amp fuse and left it for a while. Put the fuse in and the abs motor instantly turns on. Is a relay stuck is the motor cooked?

There is a exciter ring the sensor reads.
Look at them and clean if needed.
Sensor might of got knocked out alinement, check that also.

My left front sensor is broken but that shouldn't cause this type of failure. It's been broken for a month or so. This problem occurred this morning. Is the motor easy to access? And where is it?

You have a broken sensor, you go thru a puddle, now your system is haywire?

Fix your sensor.
I doubt going thru a puddle is going to make your ABS pump stay on.
Very surprised your broken sensor hasn't gave you trouble before now.
