did the floor and off button test on the ac unit. got the code 16 76. need any input on this please

anyone know what these codes mean? just trying to get some info before i go get it fixed. btw the air condition just started to blow hot out the passenger side, so i turned it off and did the test. after it counted down it displayed those numbers. does anyone have any info about these?

K. Does anyone know if this will come up on a free scan at auto zone?? Bout to replace the battery just want to be 95% sure.
