When running AC and enable the recirculate, it automatically turns off recirculate on any setting other than AUTO. Seems to happen more when wheather is cold. Is this by design or a problem? Could it be to prevent condensation freezeup?

Just hit the button again, mine does the same thing. Never thought of it as a problem, just a quirk. Maybe yours is different, but switching from auto to any other mode turns it off for me as well.

Mine also does the same. Its for condensation purposes. Does anyone else have this problem... When running heat, it comes out from all vents. Top, dash & floor. The only other car I've seen do this, is my wife once had a Toyota and it would come out of all the vents. Let me know if you guys have this problem also.
