AC only works at 60

My AC system was low and I had it recharged but it now puts out
warm air unless I set it to 60.

I changed out the cabin air temp sensor behind the cluster bezel but
it made no difference.
I see there's also a heater sensor that looks like a toothbrush but I
haven't changed that one out.
Any ideas what this problem may be?

Bad or aftermarket DCCV?

I forgot about the DCCV.
I put one in from Rock Auto in 2011.
There's not much else it can be.
