Did I miss something or is that an option? My 1999 Conti has no buttons or options for that I don't think. I can adjust how easy it is to steer...easy, normal , hard..but not suspension.

it is the same button you just have to
push it 2 times for ride control it will come up on the dash you will sea plush noramal and firm

option not there

i press the button and only the option for ease of steering comes up and if i keep pushing it just beeps...

um i would read your manual take a picture of you button and post it id like to see it man

i dont think so for some reaon i think it was standard man not shur but thinkit should be standard still i say look in yoru owners manual and look

adjustable ride control is an option for 98 and up conti's.on the 1997 conti front airstruts also became an option with coils being standard.
all 95 and up conti's had variable steering controls.if you had the option package the button would be labeled "steering/suspension".

My '97 only has the "Normal" and "Plush" options. I have to figure out what is wrong with it because I know it should also have "Firm" as a choice too.

My 1999

That's ok at least your '97 has that option. I looked in the owners manual and it does appear that ride control is an option for 1999 model at least, maybe it became standard in later models.

nope after 1996 several "standard" features became optional.say thanks to even lincoln starting to cut corners.

You can't have your steering on LOW and have a Firm ride, switch it out of the LOW position to set it on firm.
