Hey guys,

I'm in the middle of replacing some bushings and will be looking at getting an alignment within the next couple days,

I'm curious if any of you prefer custom specs, what they are, and why?

I'd like to feel like I'm driving off with everything as good as it can be, I have some wide tires that I'd like to last for more than 5-10k miles.

Also, I've been told the rear camber cannot be adjusted with the eccentrics given. I've thoroughly looked at my rear eccentrics since then, and can't decide. Anyone?? I can see it's off with these 275's and with directional tires and narrower tires on front I can't exactly rotate without a remount.

Geno?
Ray?
Joey?
Any and everybody else?

Any and all input is appreciated!!

I'm almost positive you need to buy a kit to add the cams for the rear adjustment. I'll look up the info and sourxe for them at work today for ya.

I don't know about rear adjustment, but here's what I'd recommend for a good streetcar alignment up front.

1.2-1.4 degrees negative camber
3-4 degrees caster (if you can get that much)
1/16"-1/8" toe-in

This will make the car very 'relaxed', roll well, not have excessive tire wear, remove some of the slop in the factory steering assembly, and so on.

It won't turn-in like a racecar, but it won't be 'twitchy' or 'nervous', which is really annoying in a streetcar IMHO.

Paul.
