Okay, first let me say..I have no idea what the official name for the part below is. As you can see, I have accessorized my LS with some black tape...because it flapping in the wind drives me lulu.

Any ideas on cost to fix it? Is it an easy fix, or should I just make the tape a permanent accessory?

And, also does anyone know off the top of their hand the cost to replace an inside door handle? Mine just broke off today and I have to go out of state Thursday.

( 2000 V6 )

Thanks in advance.

That would be the windshield trim piece.

I had to replace my inner door handle in '05 and the part was $63.

Window trim on your LS looks like it is not installed correctly. The top of the trim piece should not go above the top of the window. If you gently pull it back, unlock the clip at the bottom the trim piece should pull up the length of the window and you can remove it. You will see there is a guide pin at the bottom of the trim piece. You will figure it out when you pull it off, it needs to be reinstalled and pushed down the A pillar. Then the narrower part that goes up the side of the window should snap in place.

I have tried to glue mine with trim adhesive and this did not hold for long. Auto glass shop might be able to help you get this on correctly.
