afew questions

hey everyone. i got afew questions for ya. question number 1 is what are the 2 plastic peices that stick off the side of the air intake hose? 2. i was gunna put 3.73s in my car but i was curious on how much it would be to have someone put them in? thanks everyone. if i think of more questions ill post them.

oh yes i remember now. where can i find a MAF adapter to use a conical air filter? please help, i like the look of the conical and im sure it helps also. thanks

I had to replace a part from my wife's CAI and MAC no longer had the little silicon hose. These guys helped me out, I am sure they can find what you need:
